SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Processing times: Please note that orders placed during weekends are sent the following Monday at the earliest. If an item is out of stock in our Swedish warehouse, we send it from our foreign warehouse, with a normal delivery time of 7-15 working days.

Tracking number: When your goods are shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received it or the tracking number is not working, please contact us at info@swepaws.com and we will help you.

Unexpected delays: Sometimes delivery may take longer than the estimated delivery time, usually due to high demand.

Order cancellation: All orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order.

Customs duties: There are no customs duties within Sweden.

Returns and right of withdrawal: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. At Swepaws.com, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will find the return address in your e-mail regarding the return. In some cases, only a partial refund is granted, for example if the item is not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault. Contact us at

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card company or Klarna, as it may take time before your refund is officially registered. Contact your bank, as it often takes time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@swepaws.com

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item unless otherwise stated on the product page. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary. If you are delivering an item over SEK 750, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
